Mr. Ismail Abdul Samat
Mr. Ismail Abdul Samat brings over 40 years of diverse experience in education, having held key leadership roles in Singapore, Indonesia, and Cambodia. He has served as Deputy Director at ELC Education in Makassar, Indonesia, and Director of Education at Irsyad International in Semarang, Indonesia. His extensive experience also includes 20 years in Singapore, where he was Head of Department (Mathematics) at Chestnut Drive Secondary School and Vice Principal at Woodgrove Secondary School. Mr Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics from the University of Calgary (Canada), a Certificate in Education from the Institute of Education in Singapore, and a Diploma in Department Management. Known for his ability to creatively integrate local cultures into the curriculum, Mr Ismail is dedicated to fostering inclusive and innovative learning environments that prepare students for global success.
Mr. Tan Wee Pin
Mr. Wee Pin brings over 35 years of leadership experience in the IT and education sectors across the Asia-Pacific region. He has held senior roles including Chief Operating Officer at NTUC Learning Hub and regional leadership positions at IBM, Oracle, and Fujitsu. He also serves as a council member on the School Advisory Committees for Rosyth Primary School and Sembawang Secondary School in Singapore. Mr. Wee Pin holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, USA, and a First-Class Honours degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University, UK.
Mr. Lai Kim Fatt
Former Chief Information Officer at the Ministry of Defence (Singapore) and advisor to multiple government IT initiatives, Professor Lai is a seasoned Senior Advisor in the IT and services industry. His expertise spans across enterprise architecture, IT service management, and strategy. He holds qualifications from the Japan Defence Academy, the United States Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), and Harvard University.
Mr. Gilbert Tan
An accomplished executive and change leader, Mr. Tan is a Harvard Business School alumnus and former CEO of e2i (Employment and Employability Institute), as well as Assistant Director-General of NTUC. He has an impressive track record in strategy, executive coaching, change management, and team building, with extensive experience in growing organisations towards success.
